About the role
As Project Manager to the Executive Board, you work directly at the heart of the organization. You support senior management in strategic decision-making, take ownership of interdisciplinary projects, and act as a key interface across the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys complex challenges and wants to create visible impact at executive level.
What you will do
- Actively support the Executive Board in strategic planning and coordination of cross-functional projects
- Conduct in-depth analyses and prepare well-founded decision documents and presentations for various stakeholders
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on strategic, cross-departmental meetings and workshops
- Serve as a central point of contact for departments working closely with executive management
Your profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Marketing or Tourism
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, social competence, and assertiveness
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
