The opportunity
As a People Data Analyst on the Workhuman HX team, you help organizations better understand, recognize, and support their people. You translate complex workforce data into clear insights, compelling stories, and actionable recommendations that influence senior leaders and drive real organizational outcomes.
In this role, you act as the bridge between advanced analytics and decision-making. Your insights do not stay in dashboards but shape workforce strategy, culture, and employee experience. This is an ideal role for someone who combines analytical strength with a consulting mindset and strong storytelling skills.

What you will do
- Analyze people and workforce data to uncover trends related to engagement, retention, performance, recognition, DEI, and culture
- Translate complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for HR leaders and executives
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that make workforce insights accessible and actionable
- Partner with cross-functional teams across data science, HR technology, psychology, and consulting
- Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand business questions and deliver insight-driven solutions
What you bring
- Proven experience working with HR or people analytics data
- Strong analytical skills using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- A consulting-oriented mindset with experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders
- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and quality in executive-level deliverables
- Knowledge of organizational psychology, employee motivation, and workplace behavior is a strong plus
- An advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR, Social Sciences, Data Science, or a related field is preferred

What Workhuman offers
- Base salary range: $95,000–$115,000, depending on experience, location, and role scope
