The role
As the first Product Manager within Buybox’s newly formed Product team, you play a key role in shaping the product organization and product mindset across the company. Reporting to the Director of Product & Technology, you own the evolution of product offerings for key enterprise clients and lead strategic initiatives, including the migration from the legacy Back Office to the new Buybox Dashboard platform.
You act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring products deliver real value, scalability, and an excellent user experience.
What you will do
- Gather and analyze user, client, and internal stakeholder needs and translate them into clear functional specifications
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value and user feedback
- Coordinate closely with development teams to plan iterations and deliver solutions that meet requirements
- Lead product delivery cycles, including testing, validation, demos, and quality assurance
- Drive the migration of strategic clients to the new Buybox Dashboard platform
- Monitor usage data, KPIs, and customer feedback to guide continuous product improvement
- Create documentation and communication materials in collaboration with Marketing
- Help embed a strong product culture across Buybox
What you bring
- Degree in computer science, digital project management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role, ideally in retail or SaaS
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Solid understanding of web technologies (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, CMS, plugins)
- Experience with frameworks such as Symfony or Vue.js is a plus
- Familiarity with product and project management tools (JIRA, Monday, Trello)
- Strong analytical skills and a user-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
