About Valued.work

The global gift card, incentives and loyalty industry is growing quickly and operates across many countries. Yet career opportunities in the sector are still surprisingly fragmented. Jobs are spread across company websites, general job boards and personal networks.

As a result, many professionals never see the most relevant opportunities. At the same time, companies often struggle to reach people who already understand the industry.

Valued.work was created to improve that infrastructure.

The platform aims to create a clear place where professionals can explore companies in the industry, discover career opportunities and better understand the global ecosystem.

Founded from inside the industry

Valued.work was founded by Sander Vessies, an entrepreneur active in the global gift card and incentives industry since 2019.

Through years of working in the sector, it became clear how strong the global community is, but also how difficult it can be to get a clear overview of the companies and opportunities within the industry.

Sander also serves as a board member of IMA Europe.

While the platform collaborates with industry associations and supports the broader professional community, it is not owned, operated or controlled by other organization.

This independence ensures the platform represents the entire industry.
