Execute cold calling and assess prospect needs to filter and qualify leads
Identify and forecast deals accurately, managing multiple concurrent sales cycles
Maintain a strong grasp of the entire sales cycle and sell value to marketing and IT decision makers
Demonstrate understanding of CRM, Loyalty Programs, eCommerce, or Social and Digital Media
Understand client requirements aligned with strategic business objectives
Develop value-proposition proposals and negotiate new business deals with internal teams
Foster long-term client relationships and maintain channel partnerships
Project manage change requests for existing customers
Develop marketing plans and strategies for products and services
Attend trade events and conferences to track market trends
Travel regionally; markets include Malaysia and Southeast Asia
Coordinate with support teams on customer issues and post-mortem analysis
Follow up on payment milestones and manage accounts receivable

Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years sales experience; 3+ years in solution sales for CRM, Loyalty, Software, or Digital Media
Proven track record meeting sales quotas
Excellent relationship management and professionalism
Point-of-Sale (POS) sales experience highly advantageous
Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated team player
Willing to travel for conferences and networking events
