Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Develop requirements specifications such as Business Requirements Document, User Stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear and precise documentation.
Propose and design solutions that address identified business problems and opportunities.
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions with organizational goals.
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and coordination.
Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing and validate that the delivered solutions meet business needs.
Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases to derive insights.
Work closely with development team to ensure that product development aligns with business goals and user needs.
Resolve client queries related to products and its usage.

Requirements:

Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries, perform data extraction and analysis).
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
Independent and self-starter.
Excellent communication skills.
Positive and highly motivated and driven.
Ability to work under pressure and in start-up culture.
Must be tech savvy.
