About the Role

Snappy is looking for an Outbound Revenue Development Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be the engine behind Snappy's new business pipeline, leveraging cutting-edge AI prospecting tools to identify, engage, and qualify high-value opportunities. You will be responsible for self-generating a pipeline of $3MM annually by securing 7-10 new qualified opportunities per month.

Compensation

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a base salary plus commission with OTE $70-$75K.

You Will

Drive outbound prospecting at scale using ZoomInfo Co-Pilot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI-powered platforms.

Self-generate a pipeline of $3MM+ annually by securing several new qualified opportunities per month.

Craft personalized, multi-channel outreach sequences tailored to each prospect's pain points.

Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in Salesforce CRM.

Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

You Have

1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation or quota targets.

Hands-on experience or strong eagerness to learn AI prospecting tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
