Job Summary

Drive and manage key account relationships to enhance business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing partners and onboard new partners across hyperlocal, dining, health & wellness sectors.
Lead and oversee tie-up processes, ensuring all agreements are managed efficiently.
Manage reports and maintain digital records of all MOUs and agreements.
Ensure smooth execution of partnership programs by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Strategize and execute partner acquisition and retention plans to meet business objectives.
Ensure key partnerships and tie-ups are aligned with company goals and deliverables.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring seamless execution of services.
Monitor and manage escalation issues, resolving partner concerns effectively.
Develop reports and insights on partner performance, MOUs, and operational efficiencies.
Train and mentor junior team members in key account management practices.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven experience in handling large-scale partner networks.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
