We’re not only looking for merchants in F&B, but also expanding across Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Entertainment, and other high-potential retail categories.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Merchant Acquisition, Business Development, Sales, Partnership, Account Management, or related roles.
Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new merchants/clients.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close business opportunities.
Experience in retail, F&B, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, entertainment, e-commerce, loyalty, or fintech is a strong plus.
Comfortable with field sales / meeting merchants and building relationships from scratch.
Target-oriented, proactive, persistent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to understand market and competitor movements.

Job Descriptions :

Hunt & Acquire New Merchants : Identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard high-potential merchants across F&B, Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Entertainment, and other retail segments.
Drive Merchant Onboarding : Ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly and all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Understand Merchant Needs : Identify merchants’ business challenges, requirements, and opportunities to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Grow the Merchant Ecosystem : Build strong relationships with merchants and identify opportunities for retention, upselling, and business growth.
Monitor Competitors : Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, merchant movements, pricing, promotions, and potential acquisition opportunities.
Identify Market Opportunities : Proactively explore new categories, brands, and merchant segments that can strengthen Ultra Loyalty’s retail ecosystem.
Achieve Acquisition Targets : Take ownership of merchant acquisition KPIs and consistently deliver against monthly/quarterly targets.
