As Product Manager Gift Cards, you are responsible for the development, growth, and profitability of the Coolblue gift card across our webshop, the Coolblue app, and physical stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
What you do as a Product Manager at Coolblue
As Product Manager Gift Cards, you own the commercial success of the Coolblue gift card. Together with channel specialists and marketing teams, you create and execute plans to ensure everyone knows that Coolblue sells gift cards. You manage and grow relationships with external partners and actively seek new collaborations to increase sales.
You closely monitor sales performance and profitability, translate insights into concrete action plans, and continuously optimize to hit your targets. You are part of the Offline Marketing & Gift Cards team and work closely with the Lead Gift Cards and another Product Manager Gift Cards. Outside your team, you collaborate intensively with Brand and Marketing Planning teams to deliver the most effective marketing strategies.
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable partnerships, including short- and long-term commercial plans
- Analyze data and translate insights into growth strategies that increase gift card sales
- Set up, run, and evaluate marketing experiments together with colleagues to improve effectiveness
- Celebrate success with your team when promotions perform exceptionally well
- Jointly run the gift card business, including brainstorm sessions, alignment meetings, problem-solving, Friday drinks, and celebrating wins
This is you
- Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a commercial field
- Experience in the gift card industry is a strong plus
- Excellent at building and maintaining commercial relationships
- Highly results-driven and constantly looking for opportunities to close better deals
- Strong passion for negotiation and a winner’s mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
