About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for answering questions and supporting customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and a ticketing system. You play a key role in delivering excellent service by handling inquiries accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally. You translate customer questions into concrete solutions and actively contribute to improving service processes. Regular contact with account managers and customers helps you identify needs, resolve issues, and evaluate solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Handle customer inquiries via the ticketing system related to loyalty and incentive programs
- Process returns and coordinate repair and warranty procedures
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to optimize service quality
Your profile
- Proven administrative experience in a reception or customer service role
- Experience with Exact and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Solution-driven and able to set priorities independently
- Customer-focused, collegial, and enthusiastic
- Experience with ticketing systems (such as Zendesk) is a plus
- Based in Rotterdam or the surrounding area
