At B.TheMarket, we treat the gift card programs of our partners as if they were our own brands. We represent, manage, and grow these programs beyond their own stores, reaching new customers, channels, and markets.
What you will do
As Business Operations Specialist, you are a key pillar of our daily operations. You make sure plans are executed, systems run smoothly, and partners and colleagues always know where they stand.
Operational project and product management
- Coordinate and plan launches and further development
- Implement digital and physical gift cards
Process, inventory, and webshop management
- End-to-end testing and operational setups
- Inventory management, webshop operations, and fulfilment alignment
Mailbox management and second-line support
- Manage multiple operational mailboxes
- Provide second-line customer support for our brands and resolve issues end to end
Partner management
- Operational coordination with brands, IT partners, eCommerce, and fulfilment
- Ownership of quality, planning, and continuous improvement of collaborations
Process optimization and growth mindset
- Continuously improve how we work: smarter, faster, better
- Actively contribute as we scale and grow internationally

Who you are
- You have relevant work experience and are comfortable taking responsibility
- You are self-managing and disciplined when working remotely
- You combine a practical mindset with strong analytical skills
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented
- You work fast, accurately, and with a strong sense of priorities
- You learn systems quickly and are comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools
- You communicate fluently in English with international partners
- Dutch fluency is a strong plus
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills are a plus
- You enjoy switching between detail and overview
- Complexity gives you energy rather than stress
