Your Role
As Senior KYC Officer, you are the link between regulations and daily practice. You are responsible for the entire Know Your Customer process, screening customers and transactions and translating complex laws and regulations (Wwft, AMLD) into practical workflows for our financial services.
You will play an active role in optimising KYC processes, conducting reviews, ensuring compliance with our KYC/AML manual, and identifying bottlenecks or improvements in our systems. You will also be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including the regulator, internal audit, and accountant, and will actively contribute to the annual review of the AML/CTF policy.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in Law, Business Administration or Business Economics
- Relevant experience in financial services, with knowledge of managing and implementing KYC processes
- CDD certificate and in-depth knowledge of Wft, Wwft, AMLD and current compliance trends
- A valid Wft Basic diploma is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, integrity and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
