Job Description
Commercial Development
- Develop sales and market share across your area
- Ensure optimal product listing and presence in stores
- Negotiate product placement, promotional operations, and in-store highlights
- Deploy the company's commercial and marketing policy
Customer Portfolio Management
- Maintain quality commercial relationships with section managers, store directors, and local buyers
- Identify development opportunities with clients
- Ensure regular monitoring of points of sale in departments 51, 02, 08, 55, and 57
Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure proper shelf placement of products
- Optimise visibility through POS materials, promotions, and commercial activities
- Ensure compliance with national and regional agreements
Analysis & Reporting
- Track sector performance (revenue, numeric distribution, value distribution, market share)
- Analyse results and implement appropriate action plans
- Provide regular reporting to management
Your Profile
- Commercial degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
- Proven first experience in GMS / GSS or as a Field Sales Manager
- Strong results-oriented culture and negotiation skills
- Autonomous, organised, and analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for field work
- Ideally based in Reims or Metz
