Job Description
This is an internship role within the Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
- Support in attending to and responding to customer inquiries through different communication channels
- Collaborate in identifying problems and proposing solutions
- Escalate more complex cases to the corresponding teams
- Help with recording and updating customer information and interaction records
- Participate in gathering customer feedback for process improvement
Your Profile
- Previous experience in customer service
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience or knowledge is valued
- Knowledge of French and/or English is valued
- The internship can preferably be carried out full-time (37.5 hours/week), though part-time (30 hours/week) is also possible
