Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Riyadh (Saudi National)
Roles And Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts through outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, and email) to support our Account Executives.
You will coordinate closely with your AE counterparts to determine which accounts require research and prospecting activities to ensure a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
- Engage and nurture prospects via telephone, LinkedIn, and email
- Meet daily outbound outreach activity targets
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity creation
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Update HubSpot CRM accurately to ensure efficient lead management and reporting
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity targets to support overall sales objectives
- Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to progress opportunities from discovery to meeting stage
Prerequisites
- Self-starter with a track record (academic, internship, or professional) of lead generation, follow-up, and persistence
- Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM) is preferred; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of opportunity qualification and objection handling
- Ability to follow a call structure and maintain control of conversations
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, performance-driven sales team environment
- Strong communication skills: positive and professional phone presence, excellent listening, and strong writing skills
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, MS Office, etc.)
Desired Skills And Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B business development / sales / inside sales / SDR (entry-level)
- Must be based in Riyadh
- Saudi citizen (no expats)
- Experience in outbound prospecting / cold calling
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred)
- Exposure to SaaS sales is a plus
- Understanding of rewards, incentives, and/or the gift card industry is a plus (great opportunity to learn if new to the industry)
Education
- College degree in a relevant field is preferred
