About This Role
We’re looking for a Finance Executive to support our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date. This role sits within the Finance team and focuses on execution across accounting, compliance, and reporting.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain financial discipline, support audits, and ensure statutory requirements are met. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working hands-on with accounting systems and managing core finance processes.
What You’ll Do
Accounting Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally
- Record financial transactions across sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Payables, Receivables & Controls
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers
- Track outstanding balances and support timely closures
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Compliance & Filings
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory reports
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Reporting & Close Cycles
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Generate financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
Audit & Cross-functional Support
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams on budget tracking and expense monitoring
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred)
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
