InComm Payments is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of innovative financial services products in Mexico. This role will drive strategic initiatives across prepaid, stored value, digital wallets, closed loop - open loop products and payment solutions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric products.
Responsabilities:
- Define and execute product strategy for financial services in Mexico, aligned with InComm’s global vision.
- Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs to shape product priorities.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, business case, design, development, and launch.
- Create detailed product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to Mexican financial regulations, including KYC/AML, PCI DSS, and data privacy laws.
- Implement robust risk controls for fraud prevention and transaction monitoring.
- As part of the Business Development team to support partner negotiations and go-to-market strategies.
- Work with Operations and Finance on settlement, reconciliation, and customer support readiness.
- Monitor product KPIs (adoption, revenue, fraud rates, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to maintain leadership in financial services innovation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in product management within financial services, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record of launching products in Mexico or Latin America.
- Deep understanding of prepaid, stored value, digital wallets, and payment ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Mexican regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong technical acumen for API integrations and payment processing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
