About This OpportunityIn this role, you will own product availability across Sam’s Club and Sams.com, ensuring the right inventory is in the right place at the right time. You’ll manage forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategy across key channels while proactively identifying and resolving out-of-stock risks.
You will partner closely with Account Managers, Sam’s replenishment teams, and internal warehouse operations to drive accurate, timely order flow and execution. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to connect data to action.
You’ll monitor sales trends, support new item launches, and plan inventory for promotional and seasonal demand. In addition, you’ll manage inventory reserves, oversee reprints, and provide reporting that keeps teams aligned and informed.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily and promotional inventory replenishment, including SSOs, new item launches, and feature orders.
- Monitor sales and merchandiser reports to identify issues and drive corrective action.
- Analyze inventory trends, address low/out‑of‑stock risks, and implement resolution plans.
- Provide weekly updates on reprints, inventory status, and launch readiness.
- Manage inventory levels across channels, including transfers, reserves, and Sam’s Club inventory/orders.
- Conduct weekly inventory reviews and adjust forecasts and replenishment strategies.
- Support promotional and seasonal demand through proactive shipment planning.
- Investigate inventory exceptions and ensure consistent product availability.
- Perform ad hoc sales and replenishment analysis as needed.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 years relevant replenishment or inventory analysis experience, preferably with a Walmart or Sams vendor.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Success in this role comes from strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Able to analyze large amounts of data quickly and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and timely responsiveness to internal and external requests.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or AI-based workplace tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
