About This OpportunityAs a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, card production, merchandising coordination, and new merchant store support. You will partners closely with internal teams, third-party logistics providers, printers, and merchandising vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective execution across inventory, production, and in-store delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage warehouse operations, including card inventory tracking, usage monitoring, and replenishment requests in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate inbound and outbound logistics reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between merchant logistics teams and card production partners or printers.
- Manage the contracted 3PL logistics provider (DSV), including operational coordination and performance oversight.
- Review logistics-related invoices and validate costs.
- Forecast card stock movements, usage, and inventory replenishment needs.
- Oversee display fixture and starter-kit inventory, including scheduling, preparation, and material readiness
- Place and track card production orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage card production data mapping and product setup.
- Coordinate and operate artwork, data, and label proofing with the card production team.
- Manage and maintain relationships with authenticated local third-party printers.
- Generate and manage UPC barcodes for card sales and packaging.
- Manage external merchandising vendors and day-to-day coordination.
- Provide education and support for merchandising (MD) activities.
- Prepare and deliver reporting on merchandising results to partners.
- Conduct sampling and testing for new display fixture concepts.
- Plan, manage, and execute the production and outbound delivery of display fixtures.
- Lead procurement activities for displays and fixtures, ensuring quality and cost control.
- Compile and maintain new store lists for each merchant.
- Coordinate tracking and delivery of starter kits based on store lists.
- Manage and continuously update merchant store lists to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or production management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
- Experience working with 3PL providers and third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with card production, printing processes, and barcode management preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
