Role & Responsibilities
Looking for a Key Account Manager (B2B) with Excellent Communication Skills and prior experience in selling or managing clients for SaaS products / Tech Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own account P&L outcomes including Revenue Expansion, Retention, Gross Margins, NRR and CSAT scores
- Build multithreaded relationships across CXO, Product, Compliance and Procurement teams
- Drive platform adoption by shaping customer success plans, product usage KPIs and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines to expand customer footprint
- Lead contract renewals, commercials and negotiations with a solutions-first mindset
- Manage risks proactively (churn risk, adoption gaps, budget constraints, competitive threats) with clear mitigation plans
- Maintain accurate forecast hygiene, account plans and stakeholder mappings in CRM
- Champion account governance and escalation resolution to ensure high-quality delivery and service experience
Ideal Candidate
- Strong key account manager profiles.
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Account Management managing existing enterprise/Mid-Market clients
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven experience in Revenue Ownership including renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within assigned accounts
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience managing CXO / Senior Stakeholder relationships, running QBRs, governance meetings, and strategic conversations
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience handling enterprise commercials, contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiation ownership
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience working on CRM platforms like Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho for account planning, forecasting, and stakeholder mapping
- Mandatory Experience (6): Prior experience working in the Rewards, Loyalty, or Incentives space.
- Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS Product companies
- Preferred (Customer-Centric Mindset): Ability to understand client business priorities, drive platform adoption, and articulate business value clearly.
- Preferred (Communication Excellence): Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
