- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in project planning, execution, and governance activities.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO reports and dashboards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with project and business managers to ensure project objectives are achieved, with a strong focus on strategic initiatives.
- Plan monitoring cadences and implement governance rituals, controls, and standardized processes.
🌟 You’re a match
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles.
- Experience working on payment companies (banking, fintechs, etc) is an asset.
- Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM) is a plus.
- Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English (business level).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com)
- Methodology expertise: Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies, with the ability to apply the most appropriate approach for different initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Communication skills, flexibility, initiative, stakeholder management, resilience, and an execution-driven profile.
