Paid Media Executive
Liverpool – Chapel Street | Office-based: Tues & Thurs £30,000
We’re looking for a data‑driven Paid Media Executive to join our marketing team. This is an ideal role for someone starting their digital marketing career who’s excited by performance, analytics and driving real business growth through paid media.
What you’ll do
- Launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta
- Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS and conversion rate
- Analyse data to spot trends, insights and growth opportunities
- Test new audiences, creatives and strategies
- Work closely with creative, ecommerce and product teams
- Support reporting, budgets and performance tracking
- Keep up to date with paid media trends and best practice
What we’re looking for
- Degree qualified (or equivalent), ideally in data or maths
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Interest in digital and performance marketing
- Confident using Excel / Google Sheets
- Organised, proactive and keen to learn
- Strong communicator and team player
