About The Role
You will be the operational backbone of Xoxoday’s People function — ensuring our HR data is airtight, our employees are heard and supported, and our compliance posture is never in question. You’ll also help us leapfrog manual work through automation and AI-led process redesign.
This role sits at the intersection of accuracy, empathy, compliance, and innovation. You’ll own end-to-end HR operations while proactively identifying gaps and building systems that scale with us.
What You’ll Own
- Data accuracy — HRMS, payroll, benefits, and employee master data — zero tolerance for errors. Own audit trails and reconciliation cycles.
- HR ops & employee support — Manage the full employee lifecycle via HRMS and helpdesk. Own ticketing queues and SLA adherence for HR queries.
- Compliance & POSH — Drive statutory compliance, BGV processes, and POSH adherence. Ensure documentation and audit-readiness at all times.
- AI & process excellence — Identify automation opportunities, implement AI-driven workflows, and reduce manual effort through smart process redesign.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain 100% accuracy across HRMS, payroll inputs, and benefits data; run periodic audits and reconciliations proactively.
- Manage the HR helpdesk — triage employee tickets, resolve issues within defined SLAs, and track recurring themes for systemic fixes.
- Administer and continuously improve HRMS workflows — onboarding, confirmation, transfer, exit — to reduce friction for employees and managers.
- Own the end-to-end BGV process: initiation, vendor coordination, escalation handling, and documentation in Keka ATS.
- Ensure POSH compliance — maintain IC constitution, conduct periodic training, and manage case documentation per the POSH Act.
- Track and ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, labour law filings) in coordination with payroll and legal teams.
- Identify 3–5 high-impact automation opportunities per quarter; design, pilot, and deploy solutions using HR tech and AI tools.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting packs — workforce analytics, attrition trends, ticket resolution metrics.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3–6 years in HR operations, shared services, or HRMS administration roles.
- Hands-on experience with any enterprise HRMS (Keka, Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Indian payroll, statutory compliance, and labour law basics.
- Demonstrated experience managing POSH compliance and/or BGV processes.
- Strong data orientation — comfortable with Excel/Sheets for audits, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Proven track record of managing employee queries and HR ticketing with SLA discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing HR automation or AI tools (chatbots, RPA, workflow automation in HR context).
- Exposure to multi-entity or multi-geography HR ops.
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools or building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Certifications in HR (SHRM-CP, PGDHRM) or process excellence (Six Sigma, Lean).
