Pluxee is looking for a data-driven and hands-on Analytics & CRO Lead to strengthen our Marketing team and accelerate growth across our acquisition and conversion funnel.
In this role, you’ll be the owner of marketing performance measurement, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across all digital touchpoints — from paid media and SEO to website, CRM, and sales funnel analytics.
You will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring that every euro invested in marketing delivers measurable impact.

💡 About You
You are a highly analytical and curious professional with 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, and performance-driven marketing environments — ideally within digital marketing agencies or growth-focused teams.
You are comfortable working hands-on with data, dashboards, and tools, but also capable of stepping back to define strategy, hypotheses, and optimization roadmaps.
You combine strong analytical thinking with a solid understanding of digital marketing mechanics, user behaviour, and B2B lead generation.
You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and turning insights into concrete business results.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Own the end-to-end digital analytics framework across website, paid media, CRM, and sales funnel
- Define KPIs, tracking plans, and dashboards to monitor acquisition, conversion, and revenue performance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across tools and platforms
- Analyse marketing and sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Lead the CRO strategy across Pluxee’s website and landing pages
- Design, prioritize, and execute A/B tests and experimentation roadmaps
- Analyse user behaviour (funnels, drop-offs, heatmaps, session recordings) and translate insights into optimization actions
- Partner with UX, content, and performance teams to improve user journeys and conversion rates
Demand Generation & Lead Generation Analytics
- Support demand generation initiatives with data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
- Monitor and optimize lead generation performance across Google Ads, social ads, and SEO
- Track lead quality, MQL/SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution in close collaboration with Sales
- Support the Outbound commercial strategy to approach targeted SMEs with Cobee by Pluxee
- Develop strategic internal roles’ personal branding on LinkedIn to enhance their authority in Multi-benefits topics
- Partner with Sales team to setup an ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategy to complement LinkedIn Personal Branding and Outbound initiatives to target our Large/Enterprise Wishlist Companies
CRM, Automation & Funnel Analytics
- Own analytics related to CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation, and lifecycle performance
- Analyse and optimize marketing funnels from lead acquisition to sales conversion
- Support automation and segmentation strategies through data insights
Performance Marketing & ROI Management
- Track marketing spends vs. ROI across channels
- Provide performance insights to support budget allocation and investment decisions
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing channels and improve underperforming ones
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to marketing leadership and key stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, translating data into clear recommendations

- Have 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, or performance marketing
- Have a background in digital marketing agencies, SEO, CRO, or growth teams (strong plus)
- Are highly skilled in data analysis and performance tracking, with a strong business mindset
- Have hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM analytics, and marketing automation
- Have experience with lead generation, including Google Ads and social ads
- Understand the full digital marketing funnel, from traffic acquisition to sales performance
- Are familiar with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and CRO best practices
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working cross-functionally in collaborative environments
