This role leads the day-to-day operations of the McDonald's Arch Card program — one of the largest gift card programs in quick service retail — while helping to shape its next chapter, including the launch of digital stored value and e-gift cards alongside the existing physical card business.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operations of the Arch Card program, including physical card inventory planning, distributor relationships (Blackhawk, InComm), and manufacturing coordination
- - Manage the seasonal planning calendar, with particular focus on holiday demand cycles
- - Partner with cross-functional teams across Treasury, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Legal to support the launch of digital stored value and e-gift card capabilities
- - Ensure the program operates in compliance with escheatment, unclaimed property, and consumer protection regulatory requirements
- - Serve as the operational center of gravity across internal teams and external vendors for the stored value program
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in gift card, prepaid, or stored value program operations
- - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or other related field
- - Deep experience managing programs with e-gift cards and digital stored value required
- - Experience managing external vendor relationships in a large, matrixed organization
- - Strong financial acumen around stored value liabilities, breakage, and reporting
Compensation: $168,212 - $210,265 per year. Bonus and Long-Term Incentive eligible.
