Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute high-impact initiatives within our organization. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from planning and alignment to execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met while delivering value to both customers and the business
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively managing mitigation plans.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and status updates.
- Track project performance using KPIs and ensure continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or related roles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or digital products.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
