We are looking for a Swedish speaking employee to join our global customer service team located in Copenhagen, to help provide our customers with the best customer support experience!
Your new roleTo provide professional customer service and support to our customers via phone, chat, and email.
We like to see that you are keen on taking the initiative or trying new ideas, all while following the guides provided and the procedures related to our broad range of products.
What and who will you be supporting?Since 2003, we have provided gift cards, entertainment and experiences to individuals and companies throughout the Nordic region and now also globally. Via our respective websites, we offer hundreds of gift cards from well-known and valued brands such as H&M, JYSK, Amazon, Tui, Zalando, Ikea, and many more. In addition to these specific gift cards, we have several of our own product offerings, such as The Super Gift Card and The Global Gift Card, which give the recipient a free choice among all our partners.
Our customers are in the private and public sectors, using our gift cards for several different purposes. These can range anywhere from employee gifts for Christmas and anniversaries, rewards for sales achievements, gift cards for marketing and advertising campaigns, incentives for research projects and surveys, and compensations in many other forms.
What we hope you bringYou speak and write fluently in Swedish and have a good knowledge of English. Knowing other Scandinavian languages, especially Norwegian or Finnish, will be an additional advantage, but not a requirement.
You are solution-oriented, independent and take great personal responsibility for the tasks at hand.
You are an enthusiastic team member who shares tips and experiences with your colleagues.
You can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and possess great IT skills at the user level.
You can work full-time from our office on Christianshavn.
