The Senior Manager, Lifecycle, Loyalty & Promotions Marketing role will support special projects spanning the entirety of the customer lifecycle—from strategy and planning through execution and optimization. This role maintains a deep understanding of the customer at every stage of their journey to inform recommendations, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. The Senior Manager will partner closely with cross-discipline teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans and deliver cohesive, effective lifecycle marketing solutions.
A core component of the role is helping to strategize and operationalize creative updates across campaigns—building and updating roadmaps, aligning stakeholders on sequencing and resourcing, and ensuring changes are implemented smoothly across channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies while keeping initiatives moving from intake to launch and post-launch learning.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major
Six or more years' relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Education and Experience Preferred
Prior experience in marketing loyalty programs
Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Lead special projects spanning the full lifecycle by coordinating workstreams, timelines, inputs, and deliverables from intake through launch, measurement, and optimization.
Develop and maintain a creative update strategy and roadmap, including recommendations on how to stagger refreshes across campaigns to balance customer experience, channel capacity, and business priorities.
Review creative and messaging updates owned by other stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, brand-aligned pull-through across channels and lifecycle moments.
Collaborate with Analytics, Martech, and agency teams (as applicable) to execute campaign updates, launch and QA triggered campaigns, and ensure operational readiness for changes.
Support reporting for lifecycle initiatives and special projects by gathering results, monitoring key metrics, and sharing learnings to inform ongoing optimizations and future roadmap planning.
Escalate risks, challenges, and decision points to initiative leadership when appropriate, offering options and recommended paths forward.
