Job Description:
The Web & Digital Assets Specialist supports digital asset governance and content implementation across web platforms as part of Pluxee’s hub-and-spoke digital marketing team. The role ensures the consistent use of high-quality digital assets (e.g., images, videos, documents) that comply with brand guidelines, SEO strategy, and UX/UI standards. Whether positioned globally or locally, the Specialist plays a key role in enabling engaging and efficient digital experiences across Pluxee’s marketing ecosystem.
As a Web & Digital Assets Specialist, you willbe responsible formanaging andoptimizingdigital assets such as images, videos, and documentsforFrance, Tunisia,Moroccoand Portugal.You will collaborate with content, SEO, and UX/UI teams to ensure that digital assets are used effectively and align with brand guidelines, supporting digital marketing campaigns and website performance.
Oversee the management, organization, and optimization of digital assets (images, videos, documents) across digital asset management platforms and websites inFrance, Tunisia,Moroccoand Portugal.
Work closely with UX/UI, content, and marketing teams to ensure the proper use, display, and quality of digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketingobjectives.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of digital assets across all platforms,maintaininghigh standardsof accuracy, branding, and functionality.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, SEO, UX/UI, and development teams.
You will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team coveringFrance, Tunisia,Moroccoand Portugal. You will report to the SpokeWeb, DigitalAsset& ContentManager and work closely with key country stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product.
