GoTo Foods is hiring a Director of Gift Cards in Atlanta (fixed hybrid) to own the profitable growth of its gift card programmes across all seven brands, including the proprietary multi-brand gift card.
What you will do
- Set the long-term vision, strategy and tactics for the gift card programmes, and lead development of the annual gift card profit and loss budget, including sales forecasts, breakage income and all related costs.
- Fully own the multi-card product: brand relevance, creative positioning and brand awareness across every selling channel.
- Continuously evaluate programme vendors (card manufacturing, online sales, B2B agency, creative agency, card processor); partner with Legal on contract amendments and lead RFPs.
- Secure new distribution in top strategic retail, B2B and wholesale programmes, and build marketing plans that drive profitable ROI.
- Report programme performance in depth to executive leadership, and support and develop the Manager, Gift Cards.
- Build working relationships with brand teams, franchisees, cross-functional teams, distributors and vendors, and represent GoTo Foods with industry colleagues and programme buyers.
What they are looking for

- Retail, restaurant, food or beverage experience.
- Profit and loss forecasting and management.

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
