In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren digitalen Plattform und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft unserer Produkte. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Business, UX/UI und Technologie und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anforderungen nutzerzentrierte, wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche und technisch nachhaltige Lösungen entstehen. Gemeinsam mit Entwicklungsteams, Stakeholdern und dem Produktmanagement treibst du die Umsetzung voran, priorisierst Initiativen und klärst komplexe Fragestellungen.
Location: Hamburg, Germany. Full-time, hybrid (2 days/week home office).
Your scope of influence
- Oversee digital platform development and strategic direction
- Identify optimization opportunities and accompany solutions through implementation
- Translate technical requirements into understandable product specifications
- Set strategic priorities considering user needs, business value, and technical feasibility
- Manage Product Backlog as central control instrument
- Collaborate closely with development, UX/UI, and Product Management teams
- Drive feature and initiative development across product lifecycle
- Balance product quality, user experience, and business value
Expertise needed
- Multiple years as Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or technical Product Manager in digital products
- Passion for digital products and continuous improvement
- Basic technical understanding and ability to collaborate with development teams as equals
- Experience structuring complex requirements and prioritizing initiatives
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Agile methodology experience and familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Fluent German and good English proficiency
