About the Role
YOUGotaGift — the leading digital rewards platform in MENA — is accelerating enterprise and government growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We're looking for a hungry, resourceful Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships to join our Riyadh team and help us win in KSA.
This is a pipeline-building role: you'll be identifying and engaging the right enterprise and government targets, generating qualified leads, and securing discovery meetings that turn into lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research enterprise and government targets across KSA
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Secure and manage discovery meetings and early-stage pipeline conversations
- Conduct market research to uncover new verticals and opportunities
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline activity and market intelligence
- Work independently with a high degree of initiative and ownership
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in KSA
- Established enterprise and/or government network in the Kingdom
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred
