At YOUGotaGift, we are the leading digital rewards and gifting platform in the MENA region. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand our enterprise presence in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research target accounts in enterprise and government sectors
- - Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and market research
- - Secure discovery meetings and introductions with key decision-makers
- - Manage early-stage pipeline: initial outreach, qualification, and scheduling
- - Prepare briefing materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in CRM systems
- - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
- - Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for prospects
- - Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline status, and market insights
- - Work independently and take initiative while keeping leadership informed
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation in KSA
- - Existing network or familiarity with enterprise and/or government sectors in Saudi Arabia
- - Strong research and prospecting skills, able to find and reach decision-makers
- - Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- - Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision
- - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
- - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
