Pluxee is looking for a hands-on and versatile Marketing Content & Engagement Lead to strengthen our Marketing team and drive impactful content, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement across our B2B2C ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital content across our website (EDDiE CMS) and CRM (HubSpot), while leading multi-channel engagement initiatives targeting clients, merchants, and consumers.
You will play a key role in bringing our value proposition to life through high-quality content, lifecycle campaigns, and stakeholder-focused projects. If you enjoy combining creativity with execution, working cross-functionally, and delivering measurable marketing impact, this role is for you.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional with 3β5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, and campaign execution β ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
You are comfortable managing multiple channels and formats, from websites and CRM campaigns to marketing assets and events. You combine strong execution skills with a good understanding of engagement strategies and stakeholder needs.
You enjoy working closely with Sales, CX, Product, and external partners, ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned, effective, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
Content Management (Website & CRM)
β’ Own and execute content implementation on EDDiE CMS (website) and HubSpot.
β’ Create and update blog pages, product pages, landing pages, and conversion points.
β’ Build and optimize forms and user journeys to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
β’ Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of content with brand and product positioning.
CRM & Engagement Campaigns
β’ Design and execute email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns for key stakeholders (clients, merchants, and consumers).
β’ Support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives through targeted communications.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and CX to align campaigns with business priorities and customer journeys.
β’ Monitor and optimize campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion).
Media Relations & Events
β’ Support and coordinate media relations activities, including press releases and PR opportunities.
β’ Plan and manage events (internal and external), ensuring strong brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
β’ Work with partners and agencies to execute communication plans effectively.
Marketing Asset Creation
β’ Develop high-quality products and commercial materials for Sales and CX teams.
β’ Produce guides, one-pagers, presentations, videos, and other assets using Canva, PowerPoint, PDF, and HTML.
β’ Ensure materials clearly communicate value propositions and support commercial conversations.
Stakeholder Projects Lead
β’ Lead and support key marketing projects across stakeholders, including:
o AFV (Average Face Value) increase initiatives
o Retention programs
o Pluxee Plus (discounts club) activation and engagement
o Merchants value proposition development
β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and with impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
β’ Act as a key point of contact between Marketing, Sales, CX, Product, and external partners.
β’ Track performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
β’ Ensure strong alignment between marketing execution and business objectives.
