We are seeking a hungry, driven, go-getter Sales Executive to fuel growth for Engage2Excel.
In this role, you will sell impactful employee recognition platforms and services to mid-to-large enterprise clients, helping them build more engaged, motivated, and high-performing workforces.
With a consultative mindset and a passion for Human Capital solutions, you'll build relationships with HR leaders, navigate complex buying cycles, and win business that transforms workplace cultures.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- - Proven success selling to enterprise clients (2,500+ employees preferred)
- - Background in corporate recognition, employee engagement, or incentive programs
- - Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex buying processes
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- - Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed goals
- - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual selling
- - Experience working with or selling employee recognition solutions
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve and exceed revenue targets
- - Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead engagement
- - Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored solution presentations
- - Build strong, trusted relationships with enterprise HR and People Operations leaders
- - Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to contract execution
- - Maintain accurate CRM documentation and provide clear forecasting
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 USD/year
