One10 is seeking a Team Lead, Event Operations (Life Sciences) to provide leadership and direction to a team of Event Managers, ensuring successful delivery of programs within a Life Sciences account. This role requires strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry regulations, HCP engagement, and financial stewardship.
Responsibilities include mentoring and developing a team of Event Managers, monitoring program compliance with client policies and industry regulations (including Sunshine Act/Open Payments), reviewing budgets and program financials, participating in staffing and hiring plans, and serving as a resource on compliance matters for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, travel/tourism emphasis preferred
- - 5+ years of meeting/incentive and event management experience
- - Experience leading and delegating to a team
- - Strong Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency
- - Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare clients preferred
- - Knowledge of Life Sciences meeting compliance requirements
This is a full-time, remote position. Maximum base pay: $85,000 USD.
