Your Next Opportunity
As a Partnership Representative, you will help expand and strengthen Pluxee Portugal's partner network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding childcare providers across Portugal.
You will build long-term partnerships with nurseries, daycare centers, preschools, and other eligible childcare institutions, helping increase the accessibility and value of the Pluxee Benefit network.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering an excellent partner experience throughout the acquisition and onboarding journey.
What You'll Do
- Execute the partnership strategy for the Pluxee Benefit network.
- Identify, engage, and onboard eligible childcare providers across Portugal.
- Build trusted relationships with directors, owners, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the partnership lifecycle from prospecting through contracting and onboarding.
- Expand the geographical coverage and quality of the partner network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records and activities within the CRM system.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve partnership and onboarding processes.
- Support agreed partnership growth and network expansion objectives.

Required
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
- Communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Fluent Portuguese and a good command of English.
Preferred
- Experience developing commercial relationships or partnerships.
- Experience within childcare, education, services, or related sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
