The role

We're looking for a creative, strategic content builder to own Reloadly's voice across every channel. You'll produce content that drives real engagement — from SEO-optimised blog posts and long-form video to social reels, podcasts, and community conversations. This isn't a "post twice a week" job; you'll shape the strategy, execute it, and grow the audience.

What you'll own

End-to-end content strategy across blog, video, podcast, and social (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and more)
- SEO and GEO-driven content production — keyword research, topic clustering, and performance tracking to grow organic reach
- Short and long-form video production, including Reels and YouTube content
- Monthly newsletter from first draft to delivery to our full marketing list
- Community building and engagement across all Reloadly social channels
- Customer stories, use-case content, and white papers
- Event presence — managing Reloadly's content and announcements around booths, conferences, and curated events

What we're looking for

Proven experience in content creation and management across written, video, and social formats
- Strong command of SEO best practices and GEO content strategy, with a track record of driving measurable results
- Fluent in short-form video — you know what makes a Reel or TikTok actually perform
- Podcast production experience (a strong plus)
- Exceptional written and spoken English — clear, compelling, and on-brand
- Self-starter who thrives independently but also collaborates well across teams
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (nice to have, not required)

Salary range: $18k - $24k
