Your Role
As a B2B Account Executive, you are the main point of contact for our clients and the link between sales, marketing, and IT. You ensure smooth project onboarding and follow-up, and you help make incentive campaigns a success.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client needs into clear project briefings and action points for the team
- Keep a close eye on budgets, deadlines, and quality
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Align incentives globally with the target audience and desired behaviours
- Monitor campaigns through real-time reporting and proactively adjust to maximise impact
- Attend evaluations and identify commercial growth opportunities
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role (account, project, or marketing support)
- Affinity with SaaS solutions, loyalty campaigns, or CRM systems
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, with strong planning skills
