What you’ll be doing:
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients through Teams, phone calls, or on site meeting as required by commercial needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
• Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
• Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.

• Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Work Experience Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in client relationship management (large company) or a related field.

Spanish native and English fluent
