HYBRID ROLE - based in the NYC Metropolitan Area, expected to work at least 2 days a week out of our Midtown NYC offices, with travel periodically for client-facing marketing events and conferences.
Virtual Incentives is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of product marketing initiatives that communicate the value of our platform to customers, partners, and prospects.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about product storytelling, go-to-market strategy, and customer value messaging. You'll collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Account Management, and Business Development.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Own development of clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the value of Virtual Incentives' solutions
- - Assist in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market initiatives for new features and solutions
- - Develop and maintain product marketing assets including one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive positioning materials, and case studies
- - Own and maintain a centralized product knowledge base for internal teams
- - Partner with Marketing team to develop product-focused content including blog posts and website updates
- - Conduct research on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Product Marketing role within a B2B organization; fintech or payments industry experience preferred
- - Proven experience supporting product launches, go-to-market campaigns, and sales enablement
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- - Experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Looker Studio preferred
- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Total compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 including bonus potential.
