About This Role
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to the Marketing & Growth function who can bring structure, pace, and clarity to how the team operates and executes. This role sits at the center of the function — connecting strategy to execution, keeping cross-functional workstreams on track, and ensuring leadership has the visibility and context needed to make good decisions fast.
You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and revenue stakeholders to drive alignment across priorities, remove execution friction, and help the function scale with discipline.
What You'll Do
Strategic Operations & Execution
- Translate leadership priorities into structured execution plans with clear owners, timelines, and milestones
- Track progress across key marketing and growth initiatives and surface blockers early
- Prepare leadership for key reviews, business meetings, and cross-functional planning cycles
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a coordination layer between marketing, sales, revenue, and product teams
- Facilitate alignment on shared goals, pipeline targets, and GTM priorities across functions
- Represent the marketing and growth leadership in operational forums when needed
Planning & Rhythm of Business
- Own the operating cadence for the function — quarterly planning, team reviews, and business reporting cycles
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting structures that give leadership clear visibility into function health and performance
- Drive the annual and quarterly planning process in close partnership with marketing leads
Special Projects & Leadership Support
- Own discrete high-priority projects that fall outside standard team structures
- Identify process gaps and build frameworks that improve how the team works and scales
- Support leadership on org-level decisions, communication, and change management
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, consulting, or a Chief of Staff function
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and growth motions — demand generation, GTM planning, pipeline contribution
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional workstreams with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working with funnel data, marketing analytics, and performance reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication — able to synthesize complexity and communicate clearly upward and across teams
- Proven ability to operate with minimal direction and hold multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-led B2B environment
- Exposure to international GTM planning across APAC, EMEA, or Americas
- Prior experience in a marketing-adjacent Chief of Staff or strategy role
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- You're a strong systems thinker who can see both the detail and the bigger picture without losing either
- You operate with calm and structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- You earn trust quickly with peers and leadership by following through consistently
- You communicate with precision — in writing, in meetings, and in how you frame trade-offs
- You treat execution as a discipline and bring the same rigor to operations that a marketer brings to campaigns
Why This Role Matters
Marketing and growth functions move fast and span many workstreams — demand generation, GTM expansion, analytics, operations, and more. Without strong operational leadership at the center, execution becomes fragmented and leadership context gets lost. This role directly improves the function's ability to prioritize well, move fast, and scale with clarity.
Why Join Us
- Work at the center of a marketing and growth function with real international scope and business impact
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership across marketing, sales, and revenue
- Operate with meaningful ownership over how the function runs and scales
- Join a team that values data, pace, and clear thinking over hierarchy and process
- Grow in a role with high visibility and direct influence on how the business evolves
