Your Role in our Mission
As the Product & BU Success Manager, you will be the pivotal bridge between regional Business Units and the global Product & Engineering teams. Your primary mission is to become the trusted 'product authority', build trusted, collaborative relationships with regional teams to ensure alignment around the product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the authoritative product partner and primary point of contact for regional BUs on all product-related matters
- Develop and maintain end-to-end platform expertise
- Own ongoing roadmap communication with BUs independently and end-to-end
- Drive alignment by synthesising and driving prioritisation of regional business requirements
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders
- Lead regular alignment forums, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
Skills Required
- Proven experience in product operations, product management, customer success, or related role within SaaS or technology industries
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand regional business challenges
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
