Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Speaker & Culture Strategist to join our team in a hybrid role based in Loughton, with opportunities for remote work. This role involves creating, delivering, and refining presentations, workshops, and content that help clients elevate their workplace culture. You will collaborate with internal teams, lead workshops, and represent O.C. Tanner as a thought leader in culture-building strategies. Additionally, you will work with clients to identify their unique challenges and tailor solutions that align with their organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Expertise in HR, workplace culture, organisational development, or employee engagement strategies
- Experience in research, data interpretation, and crafting narratives based on insights
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their unique needs
- Experience in public speaking, facilitating workshops, or conducting training sessions
- Proficiency in collaboration tools and willingness to work in a hybrid setup with occasional travel
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Leadership, or a related field (preferred)
- Creativity, cultural awareness, and an understanding of global workplace trends
