About The Role
At Xoxoday, we believe the best brands are built on stories — and we're looking for someone who knows how to tell ours. As our Content & Brand Storytelling Lead, you'll be the creative force behind how Xoxoday shows up in the world: in podcasts, on video, in the press, and across the channels where our audience lives.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team to craft narratives that turn heads, open doors, and make Xoxoday a brand people genuinely remember. This isn't a content-factory role — it's a builder's role for someone who thinks in stories and executes with intent.
What You'll Do
Brand & Narrative Strategy
- Own and evolve Xoxoday's brand voice across all external-facing content
- Develop thought leadership frameworks for founders and senior leaders
- Craft compelling narratives that connect product, culture, and mission
Podcasts & Audio
- Identify, pitch, and secure podcast guest opportunities for Xoxoday leadership
- Conceptualise and produce Xoxoday-owned podcast content where relevant
- Manage end-to-end podcast production: brief, record, edit, publish, distribute
Video & Social Content
- Lead video storytelling — from concept to script to final cut
- Build a content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels
- Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-quality, shareable content
PR & Media Relations
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses
- Develop and pitch story angles, press releases, and bylines
- Track media coverage and measure brand visibility metrics
Leadership & Founder Branding
- Create personal brand strategies for Xoxoday's founders and C-suite
- Ghostwrite articles, LinkedIn posts, and keynote narratives for leadership
- Coach and prep leadership for interviews, panels, and speaking engagements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in brand content, PR, or creative storytelling roles
- Proven track record in podcast production or consistent guest placement
- Strong portfolio of video content — scripted, documentary, or social-first formats
- Experience building or managing founder / executive personal brands
- Excellent writing across formats: long-form, social copy, press releases, scripts
- Existing relationships with media, podcast hosts, or influencers in B2B SaaS / HR Tech / Fintech is a strong plus
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate all three of the following:
- Podcast experience — you've produced, hosted, or secured meaningful podcast appearances
- Storytelling and video experience — you've created content that drove real engagement and brand recall
- Leadership connect and networking experience — you know how to get in the room and keep the relationship
