The role

As Corporate Business Developer, you will drive growth in the corporate segment, focusing on large companies with 1,000+ employees. You will serve as a strategic partner helping organizations optimize remuneration policies and employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

High-level hunting: Strategically map the corporate market and open doors with stakeholders through social selling, C-level networking, and personalized outreach
Strategic consulting: Engage with HR Directors, Compensation & Benefits Managers, CFOs and CEOs to understand challenges and translate them into solutions
Build lasting relationships: Develop a strong network within the corporate world and position yourself as a trusted expert
Develop strategic partnerships: Identify partners and create collaborations with professional federations and industry organizations
Close the deal: Manage entire sales processes from introduction through pricing negotiations to signature
Spot market trends: Monitor HR industry developments and share insights with internal teams
Represent Monizze externally: Act as ambassador at industry events and partner meetings

Requirements

Minimum 7 years B2B business development experience, preferably large enterprise segment
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (professional presentation and negotiation level)
In-depth HR knowledge of Belgian remuneration policies and salary optimization
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Strategic partnership development expertise
Professional autonomy and ability to manage complex sales cycles
