The Role
As a Program Manager at 360insights, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of channel incentive programmes for enterprise clients. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for your portfolio of clients, managing programme strategy, execution, and continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally with product, finance, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of incentive programmes from kick-off through reporting and renewal
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels
- Monitor programme performance and proactively recommend optimisations
- Coordinate internal teams (tech, finance, data) to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
- Prepare and present programme reviews, insights, and recommendations to clients
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your accounts
What You Bring
- 3+ years of programme or project management experience, ideally in incentives, SaaS, or channel marketing
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programmes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
