Augeo is seeking a Senior Experience Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact brand experiences for corporate clients across meetings, incentive programmes, conferences, and more.
What You'll Do
- Project Leadership & Client Partnership: Lead mid-to-large scale experience projects from kickoff through execution; serve as the primary point of contact for clients; facilitate client calls and present project updates
- Experience Planning & Execution: Design and execute all elements of the experience lifecycle — agenda creation, venue planning, food & beverage, transportation, gifting, and more; collaborate with design and sourcing teams on creative concepts
- Post-Event Wrap-Up: Lead post-project reconciliation and billing; conduct internal debriefs
What You Bring
- 6–8 years of experience in event planning and client services (agency experience preferred)
- Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Travel for site visits and onsite execution approximately 25%
Salary: $73,000–$85,000
