We're seeking a bold, visionary Enterprise Event Strategy & Operations Director to redefine how Fortune 500 companies deliver events — leveraging data, intelligence, and technology through strategic systems, custom solutions, and AI-driven insights.
What You'll Do
- Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients across 6–24 month transformation journeys; lead high-stakes conversations with strategic insight; translate complex needs into actionable plans
- Team Leadership: Direct a team of strategists, technologists, and implementation experts; align cross-functional efforts; mentor and develop team talent
- Strategic Execution: Lead discovery sessions to uncover operational gaps; design scalable, innovative event tech ecosystems leveraging AI and custom-built solutions; oversee implementation with focus on change management
What You Need
- 10+ years in enterprise-level event strategy and management
- 5+ years leading complex client engagements and cross-functional teams
- Expertise with platforms like Cvent and other leading event tech tools
- Experience applying AI-driven insights and data analytics to optimise event strategies
- Executive presence, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills
Salary: $100,000–$120,000
